We build bolt-on lower door speaker panels designed specifically for Squarebody pickups, K5 Blazers, Jimmys, and Suburbans.

These panels give you better speaker placement, cleaner installs, and modern features — without cutting up your doors.

We offer three levels so you can choose what fits your build, budget, and skill level.


Choose Your Panel Level

Stage 1 — Core Panels (Non-Lighted / DIY)

Starting at $425

This is our entry-level option for DIY builders who want a clean, bolt-on speaker solution and plan to handle wiring themselves.

  • One complete panel set (driver & passenger)
  • Raw black PETG printed lower door panels
  • Raw aluminum backing plates
  • Pre-cut acoustic foam for the speaker chambers (not installed)
  • Your choice of speaker grille style
  • All required mounting hardware
  • Panels arrive assembled and ready to install
  • Factory Color match options are available
  • 3 Speaker upgrade options are available

What this version does NOT include

  • No lighting (non-lighted version by design)
  • No speaker wire
  • No sound deadener
  • No premium aluminum finishes

Speaker compatibility

  • Designed for 6.5" speakers
  • Speaker cutout: 5.65"
  • Max mounting depth: 2.9"
  • Speakers not included (use your preferred 6.5" set)

Warranty & bonus

  • Any Shipping or transport damages will be covered and taken care of but no warranty on these panels.

DIY builders, budget-minded builds, and anyone who wants the cleanest entry point into our door panel system.


Stage 2 — Builder Plus Panels (Lighted & Wired)

Starting at $685

This is our most popular option and the best balance for most Squarebody builds.

Builder Plus includes lighting, wiring, sound control, and extended coverage — all done for you.

What’s included

  • Everything in the Core Panels
  • Pre-cut sound deadener for the back of the panels
  • Ambient white door lighting (6 LEDs total, 3 per door)
  • Oxygen-free copper (OFC) 16-gauge speaker wire included
    (enough length to route from the doors to the radio or amp)
  • Clean, ready-to-install wiring setup
  • Your choice of speaker grille style

Warranty & bonuses

  • 3-year full replacement warranty on panels and hardware

Our top-tier option for owners who want the most refined version we offer.

Premium panels will include upgraded finishes and lifetime replacement coverage for the original purchaser.

Color Match Disclaimer (All Options)

We use factory-style interior dyes to get very close to original interior colors.
Due to age, fading, and wear of original interiors, an exact color match cannot be guaranteed — but it will be very close.

Pre-Order Refund & Cancellation Policy

🔹 Refunds Before Production Begins

If you cancel your pre-order within 7 days of placing it, you’ll receive a full refund — no questions asked.

After 7 days, materials and production costs are already being allocated for your order, so cancellations will be subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee.


🔹 Refunds During Production

Once production has started on your panels (custom color, emblem, or lighting options ordered), your order becomes a custom build, and cancellation requests will receive store credit only.
Store credit can be used toward any Blazin’ Biddles Offroad product or future release.


🔹 Refunds After Production / Before Shipping

If your panels are completed but not yet shipped, cancellation is still possible but will incur a 25% fee to cover materials, finishing, and labor.


🔹 Refunds After Shipping

Once your order has shipped, all sales are final.
We will, however, support warranty claims or replacement of any defective components immediately upon inspection.


🔹 Production Delays

If production ever exceeds beyond the estimated ship date, you’ll be offered the choice to:

  1. Continue waiting with a small store credit bonus (we reward patience), or
  2. Receive a full refund, no fees.
