Blazin’ Biddles Offroad Return Policy
๐ Overview
At Blazin’ Biddles Offroad, we take pride in building and supplying high-quality parts and gear for the Squarebody community. Every order is inspected and packaged with care before shipping.
Because many of our products are made-to-order or built in small batches, we ask that you please review all fitment and product details before purchasing.
That said — if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
๐ Returns & Exchanges
- Return window: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply on non-defective returns to cover handling, packaging, and processing costs.
- Exclusions:
- Custom-built parts (including console lift kits, prototype items, or products made to order) are not eligible for return once installed or modified.
- Apparel that has been worn, washed, or customized cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Electrical and audio components (such as DC Audio products) must be returned unopened and in factory-sealed condition.
If you’re unsure whether your part qualifies for return, contact us first and we’ll help you through it.
โ๏ธ Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description.
- Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or provide a return shipping label for inspection.
We do not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, off-road use, or normal wear and tear.
๐ต Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are processed to your
original payment method within
3–5 business days.
Shipping costs are
non-refundable, except for returns caused by our error or a defective product.
๐งพ Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange eligible parts for a different size, model, or product of equal value (if in stock).
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to our mistake.

- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- A short note describing the issue
We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps and shipping instructions.

- All returns must be authorized before sending anything back.
- Unauthorized returns or COD shipments will be refused.
- Sale, clearance, or promotional bundle items are final sale.
- Items damaged during installation or modified in any way cannot be returned.
