The complete system includes the axle truss, lower link mounts, and an ultra-duty pinion guard that ties directly into the truss for maximum protection. Crafted from 1/4-inch formed P&O mild steel with boxed construction and a massive 3/8-inch pinion guard, this setup delivers unmatched strength and durability.

Whether you weld it yourself or choose to have CFM pre-weld as much as possible, this truss system is ready to handle the toughest builds.

How to Use / Install

  1. Prep the GM 14 Bolt full-float axle housing by cleaning and removing any brackets or obstructions.
  2. Paint all interior areas with weld-thru primer before final welding for corrosion protection.
  3. Position the axle truss and lower link mounts on the axle.
  4. Tack weld in place, confirm alignment, and fully weld all seams.
  5. Install the pinion guard and tie-in to complete the system.
  6. Finish with paint or powder coating before final installation under the vehicle.
