Designed specifically for 1973–1987/91 K-Series Chevy/GMC Pickups, Blazers, and Suburbans, this kit includes everything you need to install a dual transfer case setup with independent TwinStick control.


✅ Froelich Suspension Dual NP241 Adapter Kit


The core of the system—Froelich Suspension’s precision-machined adapter kit—lets you bolt two NP241C cases together for max torque and crawl control.

Includes:

  • Billet aluminum adapter housing
  • Clocking ring for driveline angle adjustment
  • Adapter shaft to join front and rear cases
  • Billet weld-in housing insert for the range box
  • All required hardware

Notes:

  • For NP241C (passenger drop) transfer cases only
  • One case must be converted to a front range box (welding required)
  • Ideal for high-torque off-road use


✅ JB Custom Fabrication Dual Cable Shifter Kit (Blazin’ Bittles Spec)


This isn’t a generic TwinStick setup—this is a custom shifter built for the Dual NP241 swap in Squarebody trucks.

Includes:

  • Flush-mount dual shifter base
  • (2) 48-inch shifter cables
  • Rubber boot kit to seal the interior
  • Billet engraved knobs with clear shift patterns

Fitment:

  • Designed to fit factory shifter location with a 1” body lift
  • Smooth, mechanical control over both cases—no electronics required


✅ JB Conversions Slip Yoke Eliminator (SYE) Options

Running dual cases? You’ll want an SYE to eliminate driveline slop, increase strength, and allow proper CV driveshaft geometry. Choose from three proven SYE kits:

🔧 Option 2: SYE Kit w/ Tone Ring (for VSS sensor integration)

🔧 Option 3: Full Output Shaft SYE Kit (maximum strength for high-hp builds)

New output shaft or stub, rear housing, bearings, seals, and hardware.
